Dr Veronica Bortolotti - Dietician Dr Matilde Ghidoni - Dietician

The dietician acts on referral by the physician nutrition specialist Dr Nicoletta Ara and actively collaborates with the team members in the wards by making her specialist professional skills available to other healthcare staff in order to foster the patient’s health.

Dietary intervention is structured so that goals are set according to the patient’s clinical history and conditions and takes into account their willingness to engage and their preferences.
